I can honestly say I have learned all I need to know about this topicand then some This book tells all the history of toilets and sewers first built in 1858 , the fact that in the 1740 s women were taught virtues of control in order to refrain from having a bowel movement, that just like snowflakes, no two farts are alike, that biologists have found termite fossil farts trapped in amber I ve got to look at my amber jewelry again , the number of miles per hour that farts exit you, careers as shit cleaners, what happens to your poo after it s flushedand MUCH MORE The most fascinating thing I learned about was fecal transplants Yes, there IS such a thing Read this book and you ll find out why someone would possibly need to get one Imagine researching many of the facts contained in this book A captivating toilet read

After reading this book, I can proudly say that I know about sh t This book was a very satirical read that left you thinking are these people for real Literally the whole book was about feces When I first came across it, I didn t even know WHAT I was expecting But after reading a couple pages, the book seemed pretty funny I ended up reading all of it, and now I feel kind of guilty for reading a book with such an immature topic Anyways, the book was funny and now nobody can say to me that I don t know sh t.

This is one sh tty book Seriously That s all it s about Written tongue in cheek the upper ones , it s a brief exploration of everything fecal, from the object to the disposal thereof throughout history It s a great book to leave in the bathroom and read when well, you know when Not gross, but it will leave you laughing at times A lot of little harmless facts that are easy to digest Worth a fast little peek, I guess

I received this as a Christmas gift from a fellow poo enthusiast And what a perfect gift Both informative, and funny Sadly though, the factoids I shared were not well received around the table during the festive holidays What is with some people why not discuss poo during Christmas dinner After all, in 36 hours or so, that s what your roast dinner will become A great read for poo fans everywhere.

A very excellent night time in bed reading experience Very informative, though not what I would call scholarly Rather insouciant in style, with plenty of puns and poop jokes Good quick discussions of how septic fields work, and sewage systems, as well as surveys of toilet styles around the world what is it with the Japanese and their high tech singing toilets An excellent list of euphemisms for defecating and breaking wind My new favorite dropping the kids off at the pool.

  10. says:

A lot of interesting facts on fecal matter The writes were great at writing the puns too.
